Answer the eight questions above. You will not get a verdict on your case — no website can give you one. You get the statutes that may apply, the deadlines probably running, and an honest sort into one of three routes. Your answers never leave the page: the quiz runs entirely in your browser, and nothing is sent or saved.
The three routes, and why they are honest
“Start with the free state I&AI&A Information & Assistance officer. Free help with questions and forms at every district office. Underused. officer.” The state’s Information & Assistance Unit is free, statewide, and unaffiliated with any firm. For an accepted claim with benefits flowing and a procedural question, it is often the right first call — we publish plainly about when you don’t need a lawyer, and this quiz will tell you so.
“Worth a free consultation.” Surgery, a settlement offer, a delayed claim — situations where the next move changes the arithmetic and a conversation costs nothing.
“Call today — a short clock is probably running.” A denial, a § 132a retaliation situation, an unreported injury, a year gone by with nothing paid. These involve deadlines that, once missed, nothing later can fix.
