The 2019 Client’s Choice Award is real, but the same profile also shows a 6.7 “Good” rating and 24 reviews averaging 3.8 of 5. Publishing the award while omitting the rating that sits beside it would be selective quotation. So: both or neither, and neither is the honest answer for a badge this site cannot independently verify.

What does it cost to hire you?
The consultation is free. If a case goes forward the fee is contingent and set by a workers’ compensation judgeWCJ Workers’ Compensation Judge. Decides your case. There is no jury. rather than by us — generally 9% to 15% of what is recovered — and you are not responsible for costs we advance if there is no recovery.
I already have a lawyer. Can I change?
Yes. You file a Substitution of Attorney, and the new attorney typically handles it. The judge approves one fee for the case and divides it between the lawyers; it is not doubled, and your case does not restart.
Where do you handle cases?
The firm appears throughout Southern California’s Workers’ Compensation Appeals BoardWCAB Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. The court system that decides these cases. 23 district offices statewide. system. If your case is set at a particular district office, ask on the call — the answer will be specific.
